Service Line Overview

Our Finance department covers a broad spectrum of work. From being closely involved in supporting the firm's business strategy and helping to ensure that services are procured in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious manner, to rigorously managing critical business functions such as expenses, accounts payable and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable work
• Prepare statutory accounts, monthly schedules and other regulatory reports.
• Assist in the automation in work processes, data analysis, schedules and reports
• Coordinate with our regional finance and shared service center in mainland China
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required
• Provide general administrative support to the department

Experience & Background

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
• Hands-on experience in accounting software, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• A good command of both spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills
