Will you be the next to join our team?
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on Insurance consulting for P&C front office and back office processes and core insurance and insurance sales solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manages and organizes the identification of business requirements in terms of quality and scope and identifies the resulting key demands.
- Supports the business units and advises business and IT-departments on the selection of modern core systems solutions and the digitalization of IT-processes.
- Manages and ensures the identification, analysis and preparation of all business and IT stakeholder requirements and drives the functional support E2E in major P&C transformation and digitalization projects.
- Prepares functional specification documents to seamless transfer business requirements into modern and digital IT solutions for Insurance companies
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience
- Location: up to 50% onsite at client locations in Germany, rest remote
- All P&C business (retail and/or commercial), modules: partner, Contract and claims and frontend-systems with focus on P&C transformations.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Insurance P&C business transformations (retail and/or commercial lines) and in business requirement analysis.
- It is a plus the knowledge of broker management, German motor insurance / pricing engines, underwriting, policy management and claims, commercial line business and/or portals and central systems like reinsurance and accounting.
- Tools: Guidewire (Policy, Claims and/or APD with Jutro) or excellent experiences with other P&C-policy management solutions and Insurance frontend solutions.
- Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
