In-depth understanding of retail banking, including bank products, services, and branch operations
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be eligible to be a registered Notary Public, added to the NMLS registry, and Medallion Signature Guarantee | Technologically savvy with proficiency in MS Suite
Highly organized with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Skilled in motivating teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture focused on achieving sales and service goals | Progressive branch banking experience, including leadership in sales, service, and community engagement
