Job Description

• Preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Managing general ledger reconciliations and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Overseeing tax filings and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA being an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
