Your new role
As a Senior Accountant/Supervisor, you'll work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
• Reviewing BAS and FBT returns
• Analysing financial information to identify key tax issues and risks
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Preparing monthly management reports using tools like Spotlight Reporting
• Collaborating with clients and third-party advisors
• Contributing to internal process improvements and efficiency projects

This role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory services and the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification (completed or near completion)
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation
• Proficiency in Xero and cloud-based accounting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for client service
