About the role

As a Senior Consultant (Project Manager), you will lead and deliver complex insurance projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and drive project outcomes in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment. In this role, you will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and client partners to drive measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.

• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Lead multi-vendor projects.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client in Tokyo. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you must have to be considered

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (TOEIC 750+).

• Proven experience in project management, including planning and tracking projects from the customer side.

• 7+ years of relevant experience.

These will help you succeed

• PMP or CSM certification.
