Title: Senior Fund Accountant

Location: Manhattan, NY

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with the asset management arm of a long-standing, privately held investment group with over a century of experience in managing and operating businesses across diverse sectors, including financial services. They have launched an Equity Multi-Strategy Platform looking to bring on a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team.

Senior Fund Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee NAV, fees, and financial reporting with fund administrators.
• Manage capital flows, ledger, and internal controls.
• Reconcile trades, cash, and positions across custodians and brokers.
• Partner with investment, compliance, and tech teams to optimize workflows and automation.

Senior Fund Accountant Requirements:

• 5-7 years of fund accounting experience, ideally in hedge funds or asset management.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong understanding of NAV, performance fees, and financial statement preparation.
