Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Respond to customer queries and provide clear, accurate details about products
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Manage service requests and ensure prompt follow-up
• Work closely with service and admin teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Dealership experience in an accounting environment
• Strong DMS experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
