Henderson Franklin is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years insurance defense litigation experience, with exceptional writing and analytical skills. Experience in Federal Courts and familiarity with §1983 cases and appellate work is preferred. The position involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements. Candidates must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing. The ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and communicate well.
