Delphi One is not a news feed. It is not a social network. It is a structured research community where every view is supported by its underlying premises, every premise can be examined and refined, and the quality of your thinking is the only currency that matters.
The Role
This is an intellectually demanding, dual-mandate role for someone who thinks with precision and writes with conviction.
The first mandate is investment analysis. You will be a daily voice on the platform — posting original views on equities and crypto, constructing the premises that support your positions, and engaging with the thinking of others to sharpen, refine, and elevate your own.
The second mandate is community. You will identify, recruit, and onboard talented investment professionals to Delphi One. As the community grows around you, you will take on increasing responsibility for the analysts you bring in — setting standards, offering feedback, and helping maintain the intellectual culture that defines the platform.
Over time, the right person in this role will become a central figure in shaping what Delphi One is and what it stands for.
Core Responsibilities
Investment Analysis
- Post original investment views and supporting premises daily on equities and crypto assets
- Engage substantively with opposing arguments — challenging premises, responding to comments, and raising the quality of debate
- Write concise, well-reasoned research summaries on your covered assets
Community
- Actively identify, recruit, and onboard talented investment professionals to the platform — this is not a passive responsibility
- As the community grows, take on increasing responsibility for the analysts you bring in: set standards, provide feedback, and ensure the quality of debate remains high
- Help define and uphold the intellectual culture that differentiates Delphi One
Compensation, Trial Period & Equity
We believe the best way to evaluate an analyst is to see them think — not to read their CV. For that reason, this role begins with a paid one-month trial at a compensation of $1,000.
We are selecting a cohort of five candidates to participate in the trial simultaneously. At the end of the month, one candidate will be offered a permanent full-time position. This is a deliberate and transparent process — designed for people who perform at their best when the bar is high.
The permanent position carries a competitive full-time compensation package commensurate with the long-term scope of the role.
After one year of full employment, the successful candidate will be eligible for an equity stake in Delphi One. We are building something meaningful, and we want the person who helps us build it to share in what it becomes.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- CFA candidate or CFA charterholder preferred
- A demonstrated ability to construct, defend, and stress-test a logical investment argument
- Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written — this is a requirement. Spanish is a welcome addition
- Solid working knowledge of both equity and crypto markets
- Genuine intellectual curiosity: you find opposing views interesting, not threatening
- A community-minded orientation — you understand that a great platform is built by great people, and you want to help build it
- Experience managing or mentoring others is an advantage
- Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment
