ARC Academy is looking for someone who already understands insurance statutory accounting AND can teach it in a way that is engaging, clear, and memorable.

We are not looking for someone who simply reads slides.  This is a rare role.

We are looking for someone who can:
hold a room
simplify difficult concepts
train professionals effectively
make dry material engaging
develop and improve course content

You should already be comfortable with concepts such as:
NAIC reporting
statutory financial statements
annual statement structure
statutory vs. GAAP accounting
insurance accounting workflows

Instructional design and corporate training experience are even more important than the statutory accounting knowledge.

This role is NOT a fit if you are:
monotone or low-energy
overly corporate or stiff
unable to engage a room
dependent on slides or scripts

Trainer can be located anywhere inside the USA with the ability to train online utilizing an LMS system.  Good internet from your work location is a must.
