Company History

The company is led by Mark Jones, a Harvard MBA and former Senior Partner and Director of Bain & Company. Our business model is based on hiring talented people --superior to our competitiors, using state-of-the-art technology, referrals and Internet leads that drive very high levels of agent productivity; and giving our clients exceptional quality service. The business model is proving to be very successful. From an initial base of two agents in December 2003, the company has grown to 45 people in July of 2007. We are targeting compound annual growth rates well in excess of 100% for the next several years.

Perhaps our strongest competitive advantage is our company culture, which emphasizes creativity, ambition, and well-roundedness among associates. Examples of our recent recruits include a Valedictorian, a Stand-Up Comedian, a Rhodes Scholar Nominee, a Student Body President, an Entrepreneur and a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. We work hard and play hard together. Company sponsored events have included paintball, boating, dodge ball, barbecuing, and ski trips. In May the company is taking all employees on a paid trip to Cancun.

Our goal is to become the top independent personal lines brokerage in the United States within the next ten years. We believe that our business model can support this kind of growth and that the market opportunity clearly exists.

Benefits

We offer medical and dental insurance for our employees and their dependants. The company covers half the cost of medical for employees and their dependants, and half the cost of dental for employees only. In addition, we provide long term and short term disability insurance for our employees free of charge. Eligibility for your retirement plan begins after 6 months of work.
