We offer a full line of products including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Seconds to assist our clients with all their mortgage needs. Our company has Certified Underwriters on staff which allows issuing a decision on applications quickly. Our dedicated professional sales and operations staff insures the closing process is quick and efficient.
Our management team has over 75 years experience in the mortgage industry. We provide exceptional pricing without compromising follow through and customer service for thousands of clients annually. Company History
The company was founded in February 2008 by Kunjan "KP" Patel and Eduardo “Eddy” Perez. After successful careers working for others as originators and managers, the owners decided to open Equity. Starting as a small mortgage broker, they quickly made the decision to become lenders as the industry changed. After three years of unprecedented growth, the company is poised to be a leader in retail residential lending with almost 50 branches nationwide.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Company has transformed from being a mortgage broker with one location to a mortgage banker with almost 50 branches nationwide. President Eddy Perez was recently named one of the Top 40 Under 40 in the Mortgage Industry. He also serves on Ellie Mae's National Advisory Council.
