Company History
HomeTown Lenders, LLC was formed March 28th, 2000. We started in a rented 10x10 office and later bought the entire building. As of 2011, we have 42 locations in 7 states. We consider ourselves an energetic group of individuals who visualize bringing our clients innovative and creative financial solutions. Our goal is to exceed the client’s expectation, as a premier Mortgage Banker and be able to say with confidence “If we can’t do it nobody can”.
We offer a wide variety of competitively priced loan programs and fast loan processing backed by unsurpassed customer service. Our clients can apply by phone, internet, or e-mail.
Our growth is due to a simple formula 1) Hire the best 2) Retain the best. We have been able to accomplish this by maintaining an “environment” where employees feel supported and have ample opportunity for advancement. With this philosophy in mind we have grown to over 200 loan officers.
We realize our continued growth will be determined by our ability to adapt to changing market conditions within our industry and continue to maintain an “environment” where loan officers wish to be.
