Company Overview
We are a small group, with one main office and one branch. Our main business areas are southwest Ohio(Dayton and surrounding counties), and northern West Virginia/eastern Ohio(Wheeling, Moundsville, St. Clairsville).
We are also licensed in Florida.
Purchases are about 80% of our business, and that is what we concentrate on. We feel we are well positioned in the local marketplace, and would like to expand on that.
We would also like to expand into Indiana and Kentucky, with the right people.
Company History
While a relatively young company, we have years of experience in the mortgage industry. Dan & Linda Torre have 18 and 9 years experience respectively. Dan ran another mortgage company in Dayton and West Virginia for 8 years before leaving it to start Midwest American Mortgage. Our people are veterans who know what they are doing and are very self reliant.
