Accountant needed for large travel group Your new company
This is a hands-on Accountant role supporting a multi-site hospitality portfolio within a large, structured group environment. The position partners closely with finance and operational leaders to deliver accurate reporting, strong financial control, and disciplined forecasting across nominated properties. It suits someone who enjoys owning month-end, maintaining tight governance, and working closely with off-site operational teams.
Your new role

Deliver monthly management reporting within strict deadlines

Prepare and post journals (payroll, intercompany, revenue and adjustments) in the ERP

Support month-end close, including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations

Coordinate SOX-aligned journal submissions in line with US compliance requirements

Maintain cash books and post monthly cashbook journals

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for assigned properties

Prepare operational and statutory reports (GST and property statistics) for management packs

Produce weekly and monthly consolidated debtors reporting

What you'll need to succeed

Degree qualified in Accounting (CPA/CA desirable)

Strong understanding of accounting controls within hospitality or property-based businesses

Experience with property or trust accounting environments highly regarded

Strong reconciliation, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to build effective relationships with off-site operational stakeholders
