Your new roleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the finance team, including coaching, developing, and supporting staff while ensuring smooth operational performance.
• Ensure accuracy across all client accounts, manage issue resolution, and oversee key financial processes such as month-end journals, reconciliations, reporting, payroll preparation, tax obligations, and cash flow updates.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis by preparing management and statutory reports, driving FP&A activities, producing forecasts, and offering insights that guide planning and executive decision-making.
• Manage the consolidation of results across multiple entities, maintaining strong reconciliation standards and supplying reliable financial information for monthly and quarterly reviews, while completing ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• CPA or CA qualified
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with Xero
