Description

VSA - Certified Public Accounting firm in Evergreen, Colorado is replacing two recently retired CPAs who have been with our firm for many years.  We are a small firm by city standards, but large for Evergreen.  We normally we have 4 or 5 CPAs with other accounting and support professionals on staff.    We are seeking to hire full or part-time CPA / tax preparer / accountants for long-term employment.  Tax preparation experience is mandatory.  CPA is useful but not essential.  Salary is competitive and commensurate with work experience.  We offer flexible hours and working arrangements.  

Requirements

CPA is helpful but not mandatory.  Several years income tax preparation experience is required.  Workload favors tax season and off-season is normally lighter and allows for very flexible schedules, especially in the Summer and Fall.  Staff generally work in the office a few days and from home offices others per week.  100% remote is not likely to work well, but a mix of office and home will probably be available.
