We've partnered with a well-established organisation based in Brisbane's northern suburbs, offering a supportive and friendly team environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes by working closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving financial performance. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and delivering high-quality insights across the business.

This is a highly visible position, partnering with multiple senior leaders and influencing key business outcomes.

This is a 3-month contract, with onsite parking available and the flexibility to work from home two days per week after the first month.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic, evidence-based decision-making
• Deliver financial modelling, analysis, and business case support to guide key initiatives and investments
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reporting, including variance and KPI analysis
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and processes
• Support compliance, audit requirements, and funding obligations

About You

You are a qualified Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner who is confident working with senior stakeholders and able to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance audiences.

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in management accounting or business partnering roles
• High proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
