Our client is a leading and well-established entertainment and leisure organisation with a diverse portfolio of operations across Australia. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team and partner with key stakeholders across the business
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insights to support business performance.Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and financial analysis.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial support.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across finance operations

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 3+ years' experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
• Exposure to data analytics, automation or BI tools will be highly regarded
